Who We Are
LJ Consulting is a Michigan-based company that was started in April of 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Owner and chief consultant, Lakeisha Jennings RN, has owned and operated her very own vocational school Advanced Care Training for over 10 years. Lakeisha started the Nurse Aide Training Program 8 years ago. She has maintained an average of 12 students per class. Lakeisha has developed partnerships with various long-term care companies and has maintained these relationships. With her expertise and knowledge, she has been able to obtain grant funding and has expanded her school to a two-story facility with multiple course offerings.
Advanced Care Training has remained citation free with zero complaints during annual surveys. Now, Lakeisha is ready to share her knowledge by helping individuals start their very own vocational training school.
